Customer Satisfaction Survey
Our client satisfaction is paramount to us, which is why we constantly survey not only our clients, but the industry, to evaluate how our customer satisfaction levels compare to the broader marketplace.
We recently surveyed 21,442 media professionals and asked them to rate how enthusiastically they would recommend their CRM software on scale of 1 to 10, with 10 being most enthusiastic. We received a remarkable 1,133 responses, and below is a summary of those results.

We can see from our surveys that the publishing sector is a difficult one to keep happy, probably because the needs of each publisher are often highly customized (average score was a 5.8).
Right now, The Magazine Manager is the only software in the publishing CRM industry with a positive Net Promoter Score®, which is an industry-standard score determined by the percent of strong advocates (9's and 10's) minus the percent of unhappy to moderately happy people (0-6).
