New feature helps publishers create polished, ready-to-edit email campaigns faster—without starting from scratch or relying on disconnected tools

Mirabel Technologies, a leading provider of integrated CRM and workflow solutions for publishers and media organizations, has announced the release of AI-Powered Campaigns within Marketing Manager—fully integrated with its all-in-one CRM platforms, The Magazine Manager, The Newspaper Manager, and Digital Media Manager. Designed specifically for media and publishing teams, the new feature streamlines how users create, customize, and launch professional email campaigns while keeping marketing activity connected to the broader CRM workflow.

Creating effective email campaigns often requires a combination of writing, layout planning, design adjustments, subject line development, audience coordination, and final testing. AI-Powered Campaigns helps reduce that manual lift by allowing users to generate a complete campaign draft from a simple prompt. Users select AI Campaigns from the Create Campaign dropdown, describe what they would like to promote, choose the number of sections, and select the tone of the campaign messaging. From there, AI generates the campaign section by section, providing a structured, ready-to-edit foundation in seconds.

Once generated, the full AI Campaign Editor opens with campaign content, layout structure, a suggested email name, and a subject line based on the user’s prompt. A Campaign Details panel allows users to update the email name, subject line, sender, and recipient information. Users can also generate additional subject line options with one click, helping teams quickly refine campaign positioning before launch.

Every section of the campaign is fully customizable. Teams can reorder sections with drag-and-drop controls, duplicate or remove content blocks, adjust section styling, update backgrounds, refine spacing, and customize the overall look and feel of the campaign. Built-in AI editing tools allow users to improve writing, fix grammar, shorten, expand, or continue copy directly within the editor, helping teams polish messaging without moving between platforms.

AI-Powered Campaigns also includes a robust design panel for deeper customization. Users can adjust global design settings such as content width, alignment, background colors, and default fonts, while adding text, buttons, lists, dividers, videos, images, and Smart Layouts. Images can be selected from the File Manager Gallery, added by URL, or generated with AI. Users can also add new blank sections or generate additional sections from a new prompt, making it easier to expand and refine campaigns as ideas develop.

When a campaign is ready, users can preview the email, send a test, schedule the campaign, or launch it directly from the editor. If changes are needed, the Regenerate option allows users to update the original prompt, section count, or tone and create a new version within the same streamlined experience.

Because AI-Powered Campaigns lives inside Marketing Manager, campaign creation remains connected to Mirabel’s broader CRM ecosystem. This helps media teams keep marketing, sales, and revenue operations aligned while reducing unnecessary manual steps, disconnected tools, and back-and-forth between departments.
